Booking

  • As of March 14, 2023, new reservation and cancellation conditions apply. For reservations before that date, the old conditions apply. The terms and conditions are always attached to your confirmation.
  • You can easily book with us directly online via Book. Of course you can also do it by phone (during office hours and not on Sundays) or by mail. You will usually receive a confirmation of your reservation the same day.
  • If you have specific wishes, you want to book more than one pitch, or for example a combination of a chalet and a camping pitch, please contact us. Together we will look at the possibilities.
  • You can already reserve a camping or motor home pitch for 2025 , 2026 and 2027. Every year on January 10 (if it doesn't fall on a Sunday) there will be another year for which you can make a reservation. So January 10, 2024 for 2027 etc.
  • This does not apply to chalets and beach houses. Those can only be reserved for the current or next year. Regular guests can first give their preference for the next year. New guests can reserve a chalet or beach cottage for the next year from December 1. Beach houses can only be rented by guests of the campsite.
  • How much you have to deposit depends on how far in advance you bookFor payments, use the secure link in the confirmation via Mollie Payments. The payment is then immediately linked to your reservation and you will automatically receive a confirmation that the payment has been received. If you do not pay via this link and transfer the money manually, please do so directly to our account number at Rabobank and NOT to Mollie Payments. In this case clearly state your name and reservation number. You will only receive confirmation once the payment has been entered. You will find our bank details in your confirmation. If you do not pay via the link and we have to refund your payment in case of cancellation, we will charge € 8,00 administration cost
  • Payment on site can be made by cash or pin. We do not accept 200 or 500 euro bills.
  • If you do not book for the current year, but a year after, the cost of tourist tax will be added later because the price is often not yet known to the municipality of Veere. You pay the tourist tax in this case upon arrival.
  • If you don't pay in time, you will get 1 payment reminder. If you still do not pay, the reservation expires and you can no longer claim the reserved place. You will receive a message by e-mail.
  • A reservation is final when it is confirmed, not when a payment has been made. After confirmation you do owe the costs according to the applicable agreements.
  • You can indicate a preferred pitch when booking. We try to take this into account as much as possible. If you reserve 1 or 2 nights you will be assigned the place on the day of arrival. 
  • We are a family campsite. Groups of young people are not allowed.
  • We do not cooperate with other websites or booking platforms. It is only possible to book directly with the campsite. So if you see an offer elsewhere from Camping Weltevreden in Zoutelande, mostly of chalets, do not take it.

Cancel

  • You can take out cancellation insurance with us. The premium is 7% of the accommodation costs.
  • When cancelling a chalet or mobile home, the RECRON conditions apply.
  • If you cancel a camping or mobile home pitch without cancellation insurance, the following conditions apply: If you cancel from the moment the reservation is confirmed until 2 weeks before arrival, you always have to pay 10% of the total rental amount; If you cancel within 2 weeks until 1 day before arrival, you have to pay 50% of the agreed price; If you cancel on the day of arrival and also if you don't show up without canceling, you have to pay 100% of the agreed price.
  • If the campsite has to close due to force majeure or special situations such as pandemics or other causes, you will receive a voucher for the deposit made and in no case money back.
  • If you arrive later than indicated on the reservation or leave earlier, no money will be refunded. Not even if the pitch can still be rented to someone else. This also applies in case of bad weather.
  • Cancellations must always be made in writing or by e-mail.
